How to Use:
1. Secure
Securely hold down the tab, and peel off the top foil to reveal the reservoir.
2. Remove
Carefully remove the tab from the clear plastic liner.
3. Affix
Simply affix the adhesive side to the skin or clothing near your nose.
4. Breathe
Finally, breathe in the aromatherapy and enjoy! Leave tab affixed for at least 20 minutes and up to 8 hours.
